We strive to ensure that every visit leaves you feeling refreshed, confident, and genuinely cared for.

To help us provide the best possible experience for all clients, please review the following policies.

FIRST VISIT

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and allow time for check-in.


LATE ARRIVALS

We understand that unexpected delays happen.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled and may be subject to a $100 late-arrival fee.
  • If you arrive less than 15 minutes late, we will make every effort to accommodate your appointment; however, treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. Full treatment pricing will still apply.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment changes.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $100 cancellation fee.
  • Missed appointments (no-shows) may result in a $100 fee and/or the forfeiture of one treatment from a purchased package.
  • In the event of a medical emergency, supporting documentation may be submitted for consideration, and fees may be waived at the clinic’s discretion.

PRICING & PROMOTIONS

Our pricing, services, and product offerings may change periodically as we continue investing in advanced technologies, training, and treatment options.

Promotions, discounts, and special offers may not be combined unless otherwise stated. The highest applicable discount will be applied.


PAYMENT POLICY

Because our services are elective aesthetic and wellness treatments, Beleza Clinic does not bill insurance.

  • Beleza Clinic Gift Cards

Please note:

  • A 3% surcharge applies to credit card transactions.
  • Personal checks are not accepted.

PACKAGES

Package pricing is available exclusively to members and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Package purchases are non-refundable.
  • Unused treatments have no cash value.
  • Packages may not be shared or transferred.
  • All package services must be redeemed within 365 days of purchase. Any unused services remaining after one year will expire and be forfeited.

PATHWAY MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

The Pathway Membership Program offers multiple membership levels designed to help you maintain your aesthetic and wellness goals year-round.

  • Membership enrollment requires a 6-month minimum commitment.
  • Memberships automatically renew monthly unless canceled according to membership terms.
  • Monthly membership credits remain valid for 180 days from the date they are issued.
  • Unused credits expire after 180 days and have no cash value.
  • Membership benefits and credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards may be redeemed toward services only and may not be used for retail products or redeemed for cash.

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.


REFUND POLICY

Services

All services are final sale. No refunds will be issued once a service has been performed.

Products

Products may be eligible for in-store credit within 7 days of purchase if an allergic reaction occurs.

Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

Prescription products are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.


TREATMENT RESULTS

Every individual responds differently to treatment.

While our providers utilize advanced techniques and technology to achieve optimal outcomes, results vary based on factors such as age, genetics, lifestyle, medical history, and adherence to treatment recommendations.

No guarantees, warranties, or assurances regarding specific results have been made or implied.


PRIVACY & CLINICAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Photographs and/or videos may be taken before, during, and after treatment for medical documentation, treatment planning, and progress tracking.

Separate written consent will always be obtained before any images are used for marketing, advertising, educational materials, or social media.


CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By purchasing services, packages, or memberships, you agree to contact Beleza Clinic directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, Beleza Clinic reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate services and memberships
  • Revoke package or membership discounts
  • Require immediate payment of any discounted balances
  • Recover administrative, collection, legal, and processing costs associated with the dispute

PACKAGE & MEMBERSHIP MISUSE

Packages, memberships, credits, and promotional benefits are intended solely for the purchasing client.

Sharing, transferring, splitting, selling, or otherwise distributing benefits to another individual is strictly prohibited.

Beleza Clinic reserves the right to revoke benefits, terminate memberships, and refuse future services if fraud, misuse, or policy violations are suspected.


RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Beleza Clinic reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue treatment when deemed medically appropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with clinic policies.

Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

  • Medical contraindications
  • Safety concerns
  • Intoxication or impairment
  • Inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behavior
  • Failure to comply with clinic policies

YOUR EXPERIENCE

To help maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests:

  • Please silence mobile devices during your visit.
  • We ask that conversations be kept respectful and at an appropriate volume.
  • While we make every effort to accommodate provider requests, provider availability cannot be guaranteed due to scheduling changes or unforeseen circumstances.

We are committed to creating a respectful environment for both clients and staff. Harassment, threatening behavior, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate termination of services without refund.


PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their medical history, medications, allergies, and health conditions.

Failure to disclose relevant information may impact treatment outcomes and safety.
