Founded by Michelle Beccio, Beleza Clinic is built on the philosophy that aging should not simply be managed it should be optimized. Michelle is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with advanced expertise in longevity medicine, hormone optimization, metabolic health, and regenerative wellness. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Graduate Degree from George Washington University.
Originally from Brazil, Michelle brings a sophisticated, wellness-driven perspective inspired by the elevated standards of the Brazilian aesthetics and longevity space. With more than a decade of experience spanning Primary Care/Internal Medicine, Surgical Intensive Care, she combines evidence-based medicine with cutting-edge technologies designed to improve performance, vitality, and healthy aging.
Michelle specializes in advanced hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) for both women and men, peri- and post-menopausal care, metabolic optimization, and personalized longevity protocols aimed at extending healthspan and helping patients age stronger, sharper, and with greater resilience. Her approach integrates the latest advancements in preventive medicine, regenerative therapies, body composition optimization, and longevity-focused diagnostics to create highly individualized treatment plans.

Sherri Mills is a Medical Esthetician with over 13 years of experience and advanced training in skincare, specializing in the creation of youthful, blemish-free skin. She works closely with patients to understand their individual skincare needs and goals, developing personalized routines that promote healthy, beautiful skin.
Sherri values the medical side of skincare treatments, utilizing chemical peels and medical-grade skincare regimens to help balance the skin and eliminate blemishes. At the same time, she prioritizes creating a calming, spa-like environment through serene facials that maintain and enhance the results of more intensive treatments.
Her extensive research into various skincare lines and their benefits has given her the confidence that, with patient commitment, achieving healthy, glowing skin is possible. Working in a plastic surgeon’s office, Sherri is also experienced in improving the appearance of scars and bruises, using both targeted skincare products and expert makeup application for camouflage.
Sherri is certified and professionally educated in a wide range of skincare lines, including GM Collin, iS Clinical, Neocutis, Jan Marini, Neova, NIA 24, SkinMedica, and others. She holds certifications in VI Peel, Jessner Peel, Blue Peel, and the Illuminize, Vitalize, and Rejuvenize peels, as well as Fire and Ice treatments and SilkPeel Microdermabrasion. Her specialties include treating pigmentation issues, age-related skin concerns, and acne-prone skin for patients of all ages.
Mina’s healthcare journey began in high school with surgical shadowing and research on mesh composition. That early curiosity about how the body heals stayed with her. It led her to earn her phlebotomy license, work as a phlebotomist, and spend two transformative years in a specialized neurological nursing home. Now a CNA and student nurse pursuing her BSN RN, she’s bringing that clinical depth to Beleza.
She believes true wellness and longevity isn’t about finding time, it’s about feeling alive in every stage of life. Every treatment has a why, and her patient centered background shapes how she connects clients to regenerative medicine as something real, achievable, and deeply personal.

As Front Desk Concierge at Beleza Clinic, Sharon is dedicated to creating an elevated, seamless experience for every patient from the very first interaction. With a diverse background spanning the beauty industry, teaching English as a Second Language (ESL), medical sales, graphic design, and patient coordination, she brings warmth, organization, creativity, and exceptional communication to every aspect of the patient journey.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Sharon studied in Guatemala, an experience that broadened her cultural perspective and strengthened her passion for connecting with people from all walks of life. She believes exceptional care begins with genuine connection and is committed to making every patient feel welcomed, valued, and supported.

Dr. Cristiano Sousa is a chronic pain specialist with over 20 years of experience in clinical practice and academia. He holds a PhD in Pharmacology and has multiple advanced certifications in pain treatment, combining scientific knowledge and clinical techniques for personalized, evidence-based care.
He has published over 50 scientific articles, contributed to multiple medical publications, and lectured nationally and internationally.
Throughout his career, he has worked with thousands of patients in complex cases, including post-surgical recovery and chronic pain conditions.
Combining advanced training in manual therapy, osteopathy, Pressure Therapy (NRT), Neural Reset for Migraine, and Method Balance, Dr. Sousa developed his own evidence-based method for treating chronic pain.
Adell Logan, a highly skilled and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, blending extensive medical expertise with a unique cultural perspective. Born and raised in South Africa and now practicing in the United States, Adell bridges diverse backgrounds, embodying the diligence and warmth of South African heritage with the innovative spirit of an American professional.
Her academic journey in nursing led to her certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Since 2008, she has dedicated over a decade to surgical settings including plastic surgery. Her clinical skills and compassionate approach have made her a respected figure in the field
