Beleza Clinic was founded by Michelle Beccio, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with a focus on Medical Aesthetics and Wellness. Michelle holds a Graduate Degree from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University. Originally from Brazil, her deep passion for aesthetics reflects the refined standards and elegance of the Brazilian beauty industry.
Alongside running Beleza Clinic, Michelle has extensive experience in Primary Care/Internal Medicine, Surgical Intensive Care, and Post-Anesthesia/Post-Surgical Care. With over a decade of healthcare experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the world of medical aesthetics, building trust and confidence with her patients.
Michelle specializes in hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) for both women and men, as well as peri/post-menopausal care. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Michelle is dedicated to providing high-quality care to a diverse range of patients.
Meet Adell Logan, MSN, FNP-BC
Adell Logan, a highly skilled and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, blending extensive medical expertise with a unique cultural perspective. Born and raised in South Africa and now practicing in the United States, Adell bridges diverse backgrounds, embodying the diligence and warmth of South African heritage with the innovative spirit of an American professional.
Her academic and professional journey in nursing began with a strong
foundational education that led to her esteemed certification as a family nurse
practitioner. Since beginning her nursing career in 2008, Adell has dedicated a
significant portion of her professional journey to assisting in surgery, spending over a decade in various surgical settings, including plastic surgery. Over the years, Adell’s clinical skills, combined with her compassionate approach, have made her a respected figure in her field.
Beyond the operating room, Adell harbors a deep-seated passion for aesthetics,
a field she has always aspired to explore further. Despite the challenges associated with entering the aesthetic industry, her persistence paid off when she met Michelle, a pivotal figure who played a crucial role in turning Adell’s long-standing dream into a reality. Together, they have embarked on a journey that reshaped Adell’s professional landscape, enhanced her ability to impact lives not only through traditional medical practices but also through aesthetic innovation.

Meet Erika Amaya, Medical Assistant
Erika was born and raised in El Salvador, moving to the United States at the age of sixteen. She attended Park View High School in Sterling, VA, and Laurel High School in Laurel, MD.
With a lifelong passion for aesthetics and beauty, Erika’s journey into the industry began when she joined Beleza Clinic in November 2022. Starting as a receptionist, she quickly developed a deep appreciation for the aesthetic services offered at Beleza, which help both men and women look and feel their best, while aging gracefully. Inspired by her experience, Erika pursued and earned her certification as a Medical Assistant from the US Career Institute, solidifying her dedication to the field.
Erika’s story is truly inspiring. She transformed her initial role into a thriving career in the beauty industry, turning her passion for aesthetics into a fulfilling professional path.
Meet Tiffany Buabeng, Licensed Massage Therapist and Aesthetician
With over 15 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist and esthetician, Tiffany is dedicated to providing personalized care that meets each client’s unique needs. Whether it’s achieving healthy, glowing skin or finding relief from pain through customized massage, she is committed to supporting her clients every step of the way.
Tiffany specializes in prenatal massage, Swedish, deep tissue, and stretch therapies—tailoring every session to ensure a comfortable and effective therapeutic experience. Her goal is to help clients reach their wellness objectives and feel their absolute best.
Meet Sherri Mills, Aesthetician
Sherri Mills is a Medical Esthetician with over 13 years of experience and advanced training in skincare, specializing in the creation of youthful, blemish-free skin. She works closely with patients to understand their individual skincare needs and goals, developing personalized routines that promote healthy, beautiful skin.
Sherri values the medical side of skincare treatments, utilizing chemical peels and medical-grade skincare regimens to help balance the skin and eliminate blemishes. At the same time, she prioritizes creating a calming, spa-like environment through serene facials that maintain and enhance the results of more intensive treatments.
Her extensive research into various skincare lines and their benefits has given her the confidence that, with patient commitment, achieving healthy, glowing skin is possible. Working in a plastic surgeon’s office, Sherri is also experienced in improving the appearance of scars and bruises, using both targeted skincare products and expert makeup application for camouflage.
Sherri is certified and professionally educated in a wide range of skincare lines, including GM Collin, iS Clinical, Neocutis, Jan Marini, Neova, NIA 24, SkinMedica, and others. She holds certifications in VI Peel, Jessner Peel, Blue Peel, and the Illuminize, Vitalize, and Rejuvenize peels, as well as Fire and Ice treatments and SilkPeel Microdermabrasion. Her specialties include treating pigmentation issues, age-related skin concerns, and acne-prone skin for patients of all ages.
Ermina Khan, Front Desk Concierge & CNA
Mina is a student nurse with a passion for aesthetics and helping others feel their best. Currently, she is gaining experience at Beleza Clinic working as both a receptionist and a CNA, where she is learning how science, beauty, and wellness come together to boost confidence and well-being. Her long-term goal is to combine her clinical nursing knowledge with aesthetics to provide innovative, results-driven treatments. As she continues to grow in both fields, Mina is committed to learning, evolving, and making a meaningful impact— right here at Beleza Clinic.
