We’re so excited to have you here. Our goal is to provide a professional, peaceful, and personalized experience so you leave feeling refreshed and cared for. Please take a moment to read through our policies—they help us give everyone the best experience possible.
First Visit
  • Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and to complete your intake forms.
Late Arrival
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or a $100 fee may apply.
  • Arriving less than 15 minutes late? We’ll do our best to provide your full service, but your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays. Full price still applies.
Cancellations & No-Shows
  • Please give us 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments result in a $100 fee.
  • In case of a medical emergency, documentation can waive the fee.
Pricing & Promotions
  • Prices, services, and products may change occasionally as we bring in the latest technology.
  • Discounts and promotions cannot be combined; the highest value discount will apply.
Payments
  • We do not bill insurance, as our services are elective aesthetic treatments.
  • Accepted payments: Cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, CareCredit™, Zelle, Beleza Clinic Gift Cards
  • 3% credit card surcharge applies; checks are not accepted
Packages & Memberships
  • Packages: Discounted for members only; must be paid in full. Unused treatments are non-refundable.
  • Weight Loss Memberships (Semaglutide/Tirzepatide): Minimum 3-month commitment; auto-renews monthly. Cancellations must be in writing by the 15th of the month.
  • Pathway Program: Choose from 3 different Pathway Programs. There is a minimum 6-month commitment. Memberships auto-renew monthly.  All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing no later than the 15th of the month in order to be processed before the next billing date.  Upon termination request, any unused credits must be used before the next billing cycle, or they will be forfeited.  Membership service credits do not roll over to the following month and must be used within the current billing cycle
Gift Cards
  • Redeemable for services only, not products or cash
Refund Policy
  • Services: No refunds once treatment is rendered
  • Products: Returns within 7 days allowed for in-store credit only if allergic reaction occurs
  • Defective Products: May be exchanged within 7 days
  • Prescription products: No refunds or exchanges
Your Experience
  • Please help us maintain a peaceful environment by keeping conversations quiet and silencing phones.
  • While we do our best to accommodate specific provider requests, we cannot always guarantee availability due to scheduling or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We value respectful interactions—harassment or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of service without refund.
Privacy & Photos
  • Photos or videos may be taken for treatment documentation.
  • If we’d like to share images on social media, we’ll always get your written permission first. Personal identifiers will be blurred or edited.
