Medical weight loss at Beleza Clinic is a provider led program, in clinic in Columbia and Timonium or virtually from anywhere in Maryland: GLP-1 medications where clinically appropriate, laboratory work, real follow up, and home delivery of prescribed medication for eligible virtual patients.
Sustainable weight change is a medical project, and we treat it like one. Your program begins with a weight loss consultation and blood work, so medication decisions rest on your actual physiology. Where appropriate, our providers prescribe GLP-1 based medications including semaglutide and tirzepatide, with retatrutide available as the field evolves.
From there, the program is rhythm: regular check ins, InBody composition scans to make sure change is coming from the right places, and adjustments as your body responds. Nutrition counseling and fitness coaching are available when you want more hands on either side of the equation. The scale is one number; the plan is a whole person.

Together you review your health history, current medications and treatment goals in detail.
If your provider determines labs are needed, we arrange convenient blood work before any prescription.
Your provider builds a treatment plan around your physiology, which may or may not include medication.
When medication is prescribed and permitted, vials ship directly to your home with clear instructions.
