Melanie is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Nutrition Specialist, Menopause Specialist, and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer dedicated to helping clients build sustainable habits that support lifelong health. She earned her Master's degree in Health and Wellness Coaching from the Maryland University of Integrative Health and combines evidence based coaching with motivational interviewing, behavior change strategies, and personalized wellness planning. Whether supporting hormone health, nutrition, fitness, or lifestyle, she empowers clients to create lasting change that improves longevity and overall well being. Outside of coaching, she enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, wake surfing, and the outdoors with her husband and two sons.

Mina's healthcare journey began with surgical shadowing and clinical research, sparking a passion for understanding how the body heals and performs at its best. A licensed phlebotomist who spent two years caring for patients in a specialized neurological nursing facility, she is now a Certified Nursing Assistant and BSN nursing student. At Beleza Clinic, Mina bridges medicine and patient education, making longevity and aesthetic treatments approachable, understandable, and empowering.
