She has trained extensively with nationally and internationally recognized leaders in aesthetic medicine, specializing in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and body contouring. Currently pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree, she remains committed to continuing education and exceptional patient care. Outside the clinic, she enjoys time with her family and her long haired miniature dachshund.

With over 13 years in medical aesthetics, Sherri specializes in helping patients achieve healthy, radiant, blemish free skin through customized treatment plans and medical grade skincare. Dr. Sousa is a chronic pain specialist with more than 20 years of clinical and academic experience helping patients overcome complex pain conditions and restore quality of life. He holds a PhD in Pharmacology, has authored more than 50 scientific publications, and has lectured nationally and internationally on pain management and rehabilitation. His expertise includes post surgical recovery, chronic pain treatment, osteopathy, manual therapy, Neural Reset Therapy, migraine treatment, and evidence based rehabilitation. His personalized plans address the root causes of pain while improving long term function and mobility.

Adell is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of experience in surgical nursing and aesthetic medicine. Originally from South Africa, she has worked in surgical settings since 2008, including plastic surgery, before pursuing her passion for aesthetics. At Beleza Clinic she specializes in Plexr Plasma skin tightening and advanced non surgical skin rejuvenation, helping patients achieve natural, long lasting results with precision and care. Outside the clinic, she enjoys family time, home improvement projects, and tenpin bowling.

With a background in healthcare operations, leadership, and patient centered care, Dael brings a passion for creating meaningful experiences that help people feel confident, cared for, and empowered in their wellness journey. She is dedicated to creating an environment where clinical expertise, beauty, wellness, and genuine human connection come together, and believes true beauty is not about erasing the passage of time but honoring who you are and supporting your body's natural capacity to renew and thrive. Melanie is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Nutrition Specialist, Menopause Specialist, and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer dedicated to helping clients build sustainable habits that support lifelong health. She earned her Master's degree in Health and Wellness Coaching from the Maryland University of Integrative Health and combines evidence based coaching with motivational interviewing, behavior change strategies, and personalized wellness planning. Whether supporting hormone health, nutrition, fitness, or lifestyle, she empowers clients to create lasting change that improves longevity and overall well being. Outside of coaching, she enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, wake surfing, and the outdoors with her husband and two sons.

Mina's healthcare journey began with surgical shadowing and clinical research, sparking a passion for understanding how the body heals and performs at its best. A licensed phlebotomist who spent two years caring for patients in a specialized neurological nursing facility, she is now a Certified Nursing Assistant and BSN nursing student. At Beleza Clinic, Mina bridges medicine and patient education, making longevity and aesthetic treatments approachable, understandable, and empowering. She believes true wellness is not simply about looking younger: it is about feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident at every stage of life. She also leads Beleza's marketing and educational content.

As Beleza Clinic's Front Desk Concierge, Sharon ensures every patient enjoys a welcoming, seamless, and elevated experience from the moment they walk through the door. Her background spans the beauty industry, medical sales, patient coordination, graphic design, and English as a Second Language instruction, combining organization, creativity, and exceptional communication in every interaction. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is passionate about creating meaningful connections and making every patient feel valued, informed, and supported throughout their wellness journey.
